Assessment

Your initial assessment explores your current problems, their context and your medical, psychiatric and personal history. This supports diagnosis and a robust management plan tailored to your needs.

02

Collaborative treatment

Follow-up appointments review progress, medication and important related issues. Frequency may range from every two weeks to monthly or longer once treatment is stable.

03

Joined-up care

You will receive a copy of the detailed letter sent to your GP after assessment, and letters will also be sent after follow-ups. Your GP will continue prescribing medication.
