Dr Ghosh is a private Consultant Psychiatrist with 15 years of consultant experience, bringing together broad medical knowledge and specialist psychiatric expertise.
He completed training in both general psychiatry and the psychiatry of learning disability in the United Kingdom. He is also employed as a substantive Consultant Psychiatrist by Cambridgeshire & Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust.
His earlier experience in general medicine helps him understand complex medical and psychiatric problems and develop a comprehensive management plan. Alongside clinical work, he trains junior doctors and other professionals in psychiatry and was an undergraduate tutor to medical students at the University of Cambridge.

Your initial assessment explores your current problems, their context and your medical, psychiatric and personal history. This supports diagnosis and a robust management plan tailored to your needs.
Follow-up appointments review progress, medication and important related issues. Frequency may range from every two weeks to monthly or longer once treatment is stable.
You will receive a copy of the detailed letter sent to your GP after assessment, and letters will also be sent after follow-ups. Your GP will continue prescribing medication.
